In My Opinion the use of computers and technology has advanced so much in the past 20 years. Not only has computers improved our Business skills as well as our personal communication skills. Technology has grown and continues to grow, we have incorporated computer technology in to our daily lives. We strive to have the latest and greatest technology, every year we are progressing with newer more innovated technology.

We can access the Internet not only from our home computers by also from our smart phones on the go. Hands free devices is also becoming more popular with many devices as well as Voice command.

The business industry as adapted to the use of computer technology so much that for some jobs it is a requirement to be able to use this technology. Many educational institutes are investing into educational courses that teach students how to operate computer programs and software. From basic processors such as Microsoft office, to advanced design programs such as Auto CAD.

There are many different types of tools such as programs, processors and applications that we can use to improve our Writing and communication skills.
